Keeping it simple. 

Let’s be clear from the start: this isn’t a big, polished lifestyle brand. There’s no warehouse, no team.

It’s just me, Scott, in my garage, with a few of embroidery machines and a long-standing love of Americana.

I’ve worked in design and embroidery for over 20 years, and a few years ago - after losing my hair to alopecia - I started making hats. At first it was just for myself. I wanted something simple that felt like me.

Then friends asked for one. Then friends of friends. I put a few online to see what would happen, and it slowly grew from there. It turns out there are quite a few people who like straightforward, well-made trucker hats that don’t try too hard.

What I Make

I’ve always been drawn to American culture - , the movies, the old highways and run-down motels, country and western music, dive bars. Things with a bit of history to them.

The hats are small nods to that world: mainly movie and music references, some obvious, and some incredibly niche! I hope you enjoy spotting some classics.

I keep things simple. No artificial distressing. No mass-produced designs. Each hat is stitched by me, one at a time, in a garage that’s too cold in winter and too hot in summer. But, I LOVE making these hats and I hope that will be clear to you when you receive one.
